The staff at Willows dedicate themselves to providing residents with the highest standards of care. This is achieved by ensuring that staff are provided with the training required to meet the needs of our residents.

You will find the staff at Willows professional, caring and friendly. The majority of the care staff have achieved their National Vocational Qualification at level 2 or level 3. The Willows also provides staff with an opportunity to access external training courses to further their knowledge and understanding of the ageing process.

Each resident has an individually-tailored plan of care which is monitored by fully qualified caring staff. There are care staff on duty 24 hours a day with a minimum of two staff at night. Willows practises a non-discriminatory policy with regards to race, religion and gender for both staff and residents.
